The Royal Manufacturers De Wit
Visit the workshops of De Wit Royal Tapestry Manufacturers in the 15th century refuge of Tongerlo Abbey in Mechelen, where you can see one of the most prestigious private tapestry collections worldwide.
A guide will take you on a 90-minute tour, and tell you all about the magnificent building, the amazing collection of old and modern tapestries and the conservation process.
You can visit the workshop at certain times.
